CASE STUDIES 

Mediation 
Adroit-e conducted research to uncover the perceptions and attitudes of clients and referrers towards the Mediation organisation. This included an online survey with staff and volunteers of the organization, 2 focus groups with both referrers and clients and a collection of semi-depth telephone interviews. This gave a very full picture and enabled the findings to be fully triangulated. 
MP 
Adroit-e carried out extensive face to face interviews with residents from South Warrington constituency. This Sensitivity Polling Project was commissioned by David Mowatt MP to find out about residents perceptions and attitudes towards their town and the UK as a whole. The research also sought to ascertain David Mowatt’s ratings and those of the party in this reputedly bellwether constituency. 
Reed Midem 
Adroit-e has been working with Reed Midem for 10 years and has been commissioned again to carry out face to face interviews with visitors and exhibitors attending recent Reed Midem Exhibitions in Cannes i.e. MAPIC, MIDEM and MIPTV. A strong team of 8 field researchers carried out in total of around 700 interviews each event. As always, topline reports were handed in daily, along with a deep drilled insight report at the end 
Edinburgh Fesitivals 
Adroit-e conducted a research exercise at the Edinburgh Festivals and uncovered some interesting findings. Read more about it here. 
Stratford-Upon-Avon Town Centre Research 
Adroit-e was commissioned by Nadhim Zahawi MP to carry out face to face interviews with visitors and residents to find out their perceptions and attitudes about Stratford-Upon-Avon. 
St. Albans Chamber of Commerce 
Adroit-e carried out a research that explored the citizens' perceptions and attitudes towards shopping in St. Albans. 
Harrogate Borough Council 
A thorough analysis of community bus routes in Scarborough was undertaken in two research phases. 
Watford Community Housing Trust 
Adroit-e was commissioned to carry out a thorough research exploring the meeting/conference needs of local businesses. 
Research in Schools 
Schools research with stakeholders is developing hugely in importance and they deserve the best independent research. Adroit-e has developed a unique system whereby pupils are trained in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques enabling schools to change dramatically the quality of their management information, while adding value to the curriculum by improving students’ skills in data collection management and interpretation. 
University of Wales 
Adroit-e was commissioned by the university to conduct a telephone research with 600 of their applicants. 
Lincoln University 
A brand perception study was conducted to find out perceptions and views regarding the appeal and quality of education provided by the university. 
Lafarge 
Adroit-e Research conducted Expert Research on the economic and social drivers of Bio-Diversity highlighting its challenges and Lafarge’s projects as beacons that the industry might emulate. 
Bpas 
Research was conducted year on year in 20 health clinics throughout the UK. The analysis that was carried out included individual clinic reporting and quarterly benchmarking. 
Sports Newspaper 
An extensive perception research study was conducted at 6 Premier League Football Clubs and city shopping centres throughout the UK. 
Ford 
A perception research study was carried out over the course of year, on behalf of Ford, to find out the customers' views on the dealership service quality. 
American Express 
Research was conducted in 5 airports worldwide to find out how customers perceive the service delivery of American Express in Airports.. 
Association of Shows and Agricultural Organisations 
An extensive online survey was carried out to study satisfaction levels of all ASAO members and a similar exercise for evaluation of the Spring Conference. 
Reed Midem 
For 7 years we have traced the changing attitudes and perceptions of attendees at some of Europe’s most prestigious events in Media, Music and Property Development. At the shows, we conduct 1000 five minute interviews with all varieties of participants. Nightly reports are followed full insight matrices with 48 hours. Follow-up in depth telephone interviews are often conducted after the event 
Tesco 
Adroit-e conducted a perception research study that focused on special projects and developments in St Albans and Slough. 
Green Belt Development in Nottinghamshire 
Loud and active interests normally dominate the local media during controversial planning developments. Adroit-e was employed to get beyond the dearly held opinions of the chattering classes, the objective was to discover whether sufficient support from an accurate sample of citizens existed, for the proposed development of a Village Hall, which outweighed the protective rules of the Green Belt. A full report, developed in conjunction with the Architects, was developed for the Planning Committee, following an extensive consultation programme including an accurate intercept sample 3 other separate user surveys and a data driven discussion with leaders of user groups. 
East and Midlands Airport 
Adroit-e led a 3 month study to identify various attitudes and perceptions about the airport both air-side and land-side. 
The Turriff Show 
Adroit-e carried out a research exercise and developed a strategic marketing plan for Scotland's largest 2-day agricultural show. 
The Hotel and Catering Show 
Face to face research was undertaken to explore exhibitor and attendee views and evaluate event success. 
Farnborough International Air Show 
Adroit-e Research was employed by Farnborough to conduct face to face research with 1,000 exhibitors and attendees at the world's largest air show. A Strategic Marketing report was also produced. 
Hertfordshire County Show 
Adroit-e Research was commissioned to conduct an at show research to explore exhibitors' perceptions and measure overall satisfaction levels.
